The city traffic engineers perform traffic studies ever five years to help determine, among other things, speed limits. Do they publish that data on a street-by-street basis?
Many residents would like to know why a particular limit is set, how many cars use the street and at what speeds. If The Signal knows where to find the data I hope it will publish it, or a link to same.
