Logix Federal Credit Union, with locations across the Santa Clarita Valley, will soon have a new president and CEO, the company recently announced.

Ana Fonseca currently serves as the credit union’s executive vice president, and will succeed current president and CEO Dave Styler starting Dec. 31, according to a decision by the board of directors.

“Ana is abundantly qualified for the Logix CEO position,” Styler said in a statement. “With more than 30 years of financial services experience, including her current role as COO, and a long tenure as our CFO, Ana has worked closely with every part of our company.”

Fonseca holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University, and has completed the executive leadership program at Stanford University.

Her extensive leadership experience stems from the start of her career with Lockheed in 1986, and she said her journey “has been incredibly rewarding.”

Fonseca has experience in multiple areas including accounting, finance, facilities, security, fraud management, lending, sales and branch operations. She is also an active participant in the development and execution of the Logix strategy, according to a news release from the credit union.

“After working at Logix for more than 26 years, my goal is to maintain our culture of service and success, providing our members with the best possible combination of financial value, service experience and convenient access through technology,” Fonseca said in the statement.

Logix, open since 1937, is the seventh-largest credit union in the state. Branch locations in the Santa Clarita Valley include Stevenson Ranch and Valencia.
