Valencia-based Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced real estate veteran Randy Cude as its newest executive vice president, the company recently announced.
Cude brings more than 34 years of experience with a focus on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate and institutional portfolio management in the Santa Clarita and Antelope valleys.
“Randy is truly an outstanding individual and a commercial real estate professional with an excellent track record of integrity and success,” Yair Haimoff, executive managing director at Spectrum CRE, said in a statement.
Prior to joining Spectrum CRE, Cude was senior vice president at NAI Capital, commercial real estate and property management firm in Los Angeles. During his 13-year tenure, he became a consecutively, top-producing broker.
During his extensive career, Cude has represented a broad range of organizations and was involved with thousands of assignments.
He has been recognized and awarded by the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corp. and the Santa Clarita Valley Business Journal with multiple awards for his performance in the industry.
