Ms. Arenson writes as if hate resides in one party. But that infection taints all humanity and the examples she uses could easily fill the whole Signal from both parties. But she leaves the impression there is no solution except maybe having no Democrats. That’s hate, too.
If we can’t see what we have in common, not just the hate in someone else’s behavior, we are in trouble. Stop writing one-sided columns, for starters.
