Coldwell Banker Quality Properties recently leased an office suite in a Class A building situated in the Tourney Place Business Park.
Yair Haimoff and Randy Cude, commercial real estate brokers with Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Inc., represented both the owner and tenant in the lease of the 3,250-square-foot, second-floor office suite.
The suite, located at 27451 Tourney Road in Valencia, features a well-designed layout with extensive wrap-around windows, according to Spectrum.
Coldwell Banker Quality Properties, whose closest office was located in Porter Ranch, is expected to move in and open its doors in early 2020.
