Tire’s Warehouse has signed a lease for a 179,854-square-foot industrial building at The Center at Needham Ranch.
CBRE’s Craig Peters, Cameron Merrill and Doug Sonderegger represented the landlord, while Newmark Knight Frank’s John DeGrinins, Patrick DuRoss, Jeff Abraham and Jeff Cannon represented the tenant, alongside Andrew Morrow of Cushman & Wakefield.
The tire wholesaler is relocating from the San Fernando Valley, tripling its facility space in the move to the newly constructed Building 10, located at 21480 Needham Ranch Parkway.
Tire’s Warehouse is set to join current tenants Amazon, LA North Studios, Illumination Dynamics and DrinkPAK.
“Tire’s Warehouse’s move to expand here in the Santa Clarita Valley is indicative of the ongoing trend we are seeing within the industrial real estate market,” Holly Schroeder, president and CEO of the SCV Economic Development Corp., said in a prepared statement. “Growing companies are finding it increasingly difficult to locate the space they need in such a tight market. Thankfully the SCV’s state-of-the-art industrial and commercial developments and business-friendly reputation make it a highly attractive market. We are delighted to welcome Tire’s Warehouse to join the growing list of employers who are finding a home here in Santa Clarita.”
Phase 1 at The Center is completely leased and construction on Phase 2 is underway on buildings 11 through 18. The business park overlooks the Newhall Pass, just 1 mile from the city of Los Angeles.
