Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to a vehicle fire on northbound Highway 14, at the Newhall Avenue offramp, on Wednesday evening. The vehicle was engulfed in flames when Engines 73 and 150 arrived just before 7 p.m., and firefighters were able to control the blaze in about 10 minutes, officials said.
