Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced recently the sale of a Class-A office building in Valencia for $3.5 million.
Andrew Ghassemi, senior vice president of Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Inc., represented the buyer, according to a news release from Spectrum.
The negotiation process was extensive, and there were a few issues that needed to be resolved prior to closing, but Ghassemi was able to navigate through the obstacles and bring the purchase to a close, per the release.
Built in 2008, this approximately 10,602-square-foot freestanding two-story Class-A office building is situated in the River Court Business Park, located at 27509 Avenue Hopkins.
The first floor is fully occupied by Animal Behavior College Inc., leaving the second floor available to be occupied by the new ownership.
The property is set to undergo a partial interior and exterior remodel prior to occupancy.
