WiSH Education Foundation to host ASCEND Oct. 18

News release 

The William S. Hart Education Foundation is scheduled to host its second annual ASCEND from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 18 at the Saugus High School Performing Arts Center.  

Created for young junior high and high school girls (boys welcome), ASCEND’s mission is to instill passionate and enduring motivation. ASCEND stands for “Achieve, Succeed, Confidence, Empower, Nurture, Drive.” 

Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to strong, successful women from a wide variety of fields as they share what it takes to be strong, practice self-care, and find the confidence and drive to be successful and achieve your dreams, said a news release from the nonprofit foundation.  

The event is planned to feature speakers, a Q&A panel and a meet-and-greet with lunch to close out the conference.
