When the weather outside is frightful, the Go Jazz Big Band is inviting you to join the band inside as they swing into the season with their holiday show, “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year.”
“Get ready for an afternoon of exciting, creative big band arrangements of your favorite holiday classics,” Go Jazz said in a news release. “From the sparkle of ‘Let It Snow’ and ‘Sleigh Ride’ to the warmth of ‘I’ll Be Home for Christmas’ and the power of ‘Joy to the World,’ this concert wraps up everything you love about the holidays with a jazzy bow on top.”
Under the direction of Brian Leff, the Go Jazz Big Band is scheduled to perform 3 p.m. Saturday at The Main, 24266 Main St., in Old Town Newhall. The show will feature vocalists Steve Lively and Kaytie Pi.
