SCV BandCast, which showcases the Santa Clarita Valley’s local music scene, is hosting a food drive to benefit the Santa Clarita Food Pantry during its 2025 Grand Finale show on Thursday.
“We believe community support and great music go hand-in-hand,” Amir Soleimani, producer of SCV BandCast said in a news release. “The Grand Finale is a celebration of local talent, and there is no better way to celebrate than by giving back to our neighbors. Every single canned or boxed item our audience brings makes a difference right here in Santa Clarita.”
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Thursday for the finale show, which begins at 7 p.m. at The Main, The Main, 24266 Main St., Newhall. Tickets are $15 at the door or $15 plus fee at ticketstripe.com/events/4371107978183636.
Attendees are encouraged to bring shelf-stable food items with them to the venue. The SCV Food Pantry’s most-needed items include: canned tuna/chicken, peanut butter, pasta and sauce, cereal and oatmeal, and canned fruits and vegetables.
