Scouts earn 413 badges in one day 

The Western Los Angeles County Council of Scouting America hosted the Bill Hart Merit Badge Midway on Jan. 31 at Saugus High School, bringing together 207 Scouts for a full day of learning and achievement. During the one-day event, Scouts participated in 38 classes and earned 413 merit badges.
