The Western Los Angeles County Council of Scouting America hosted the Bill Hart Merit Badge Midway on Jan. 31 at Saugus High School, bringing together 207 Scouts for a full day of learning and achievement. During the one-day event, Scouts participated in 38 classes and earned 413 merit badges. The organization issued a statement thanking the volunteer merit badge counselors, Scout leaders, parents and organizers.
