The Canyon High boys volleyball team swept Highland High of Palmdale, 3-0, on Monday night.
The Cowboys (1-0) won by scores of 25-17, 25-14 and 25-13 behind the efforts of Shea Stanford (seven kills).
Esquivel Ramirez, Regan Marsh and Dustin Deisbeck each added five kills.
