The Foothill League has released its all-league selections for lacrosse for the recently completed 2026 season, with Saugus and West Ranch topping the honors across the boys’ and girls’ list.
Boys’ lacrosse
Offensive Player of the Year: Gavin Pantelidis, sophomore, Saugus.
Gavin Pantelidis, who’s a sophomore midfielder and attacker for the Centurions, is this season’s offensive player of the year after leading Saugus with 84 goals across the year.
Pantelidis ended the season having led the Foothill League in goals scored and points, and averaged four goals a game en route to the Centurions’ sixth-consecutive Foothill League title.
Defensive Player of the Year: Zain Dhar, senior, West Ranch.
Zain Dhar, who’s a senior goalkeeper for the West Ranch Wildcats, ended the season as the Foothill League’s defensive player of the year following his team’s runner-up finish in the boys’ lacrosse league standings.
The senior goalkeeper finished the year second in the Foothill League in goals against an average of 7.648.

Offensive Player of the Year: Lauren Lamb, senior, West Ranch.
Lauren Lamb is this year’s girls’ lacrosse player of the year after leading the Wildcats to the program’s sixth-consecutive Foothill League title.
Lamb ends her time at West Ranch High School as a four-time player of the year and is committed to furthering her academic and athletic career at the University of California, Berkeley.
Defensive Player of the Year: Piper McGee, junior, Saugus.
Junior defender Piper McGee is this season’s Foothill League defensive player of the year after helping lead Saugus to a postseason berth and a second-place finish in the Foothill League girls’ lacrosse standings
