Re: Lois Eisenberg’s letter of Oct. 2.

The Second Amendment was written to protect citizens against the government! If we only have muskets, what good would that be?

Also, aren’t you one of those who cry “No Kings”? Great Britain has a king and yet they still have deaths, but by knives or bombs.

Gun control would leave us more vulnerable to the government and to our world enemies.

Even with eliminating guns, people will always find ways to kill. It has been going on among humans since Abel and Cain.
