Many thanks to the government employees who didn’t receive a paycheck due to the government shutdown. Their sacrifice has been insurmountable and thank you for your sacrifice. These government employees showed up for work knowing that they weren’t going to get paid.
The present Congress took a leave of absence with pay to avoid the wrath of the government shutdown while the other government workers were diligent in coming to work without pay, which shows the ethics and the integrity of these government workers as opposed to present Congress showing no backbone or empathy for their fellow workers.
All of these diligent government employees deserve our respect, gratitude and appreciation for their sacrifices during the shutdown.
On behalf of myself, my family and all my friends, thank you government employees for keeping the government running under such stressful times.
If there is any justice in this world you all will be rewarded one way or another.
