I am writing this letter without yet knowing what has happened to the Disney Ranch property at Placerita Canyon and the freeway, but if it is available, it would be the perfect location for The Master’s University in the future.
A beautiful chapel with a church, cafeteria, dormitories and/or a movie theater nestled behind it, usable by the college and all residents of the Santa Clarita Valley within sight of the freeway, would be appropriate with ample parking.
To finance such a purchase, TMU could sell the dozens of homes they have purchased as dormitories or provide them as perks for professors and other staff, thus maintaining the rest of Placerita Canyon as it was meant to be, an equestrian community.
It might be less expensive than the lawsuits threatened.
