I agree with Rob Kerchner (April 23), when he states the reason some government leaders don’t agree with Donald Trump’s international policies about ridding the world of Iranian terrorism. That is: “Orange Man Baaaad.”
Reminded me of the redistricting fight of November 2025. When voters leaving the polls were asked why they voted “yes” on Proposition 50, they used the totally illogical phrase popularized by Tom Steyer and Gavin Newsom during the campaign: “Stick it to Trump!”
“Exact same” wellspring, as noted by Mr. Kerchner.
