As a Vietnam War Marine grunt, it turns my stomach every Memorial Day and Veterans Day when I see these old long-haired bearded “vets”at military events here in the valley wearing uniforms. Not only does it look absolutely ridiculous to sport long beards and pony tails while wearing a military uniform, in my opinion it totally disgraces the flag[s] they are waving around and the military branches they supposedly served in and are representing.
Have some respect, guys!
